Fraudulent activity of Reliance Communications

I tried to port 2 numbers from Reliance to Airtel after a period of 90 days but they declined the complaint reason provided by them was that i didn't clear my previous payments which is untrue by all means i need to get this problem resolved or i will raise this issue to consumer court
