Against banking system

To the branch manager,state bank of india ,udala branch sub-complain against your staff m/s-anima naik at counter perfoming cheque posting and other works.Bearing ifsc code-sbin0001128. Micr code :757002006 ph-06795-232212 sir I am having a savings bank account at your udala branch since more than 8 years bearing account name-diptendu panda and no- 3436 at/po-udala,dist-mayurbhanj. I am drawing the following few lines for your kind consideration and necessary remedial measures. 1-you better know now the government and your statebank of india is also insisting publics for doing cashless transaction in the accounts for that reason I have presented one account payee multicity cheque bearing no- 0777 dt-7-01-2017 for rs .000 (one lakh only) at the opening hour which is valid upto 10 lakhs at non home branch payable at par at all branches in state bank of india. 2-after giving the cheque on 07-01-2017 the amount has not been credited to my savings bank account on 07-01-2017 on that day.As 8-01-2017 is sunday I personally visited on 09-01-2017 at the opening hour for immediate credit. But your staff at counter told me to come after 3.30 p.M to know the fate of the cheque. 3-when I visited 3.30 p.M. And enquired about the consequence of the cheque your staff who is in charge of the counter for the cheque posting misbehaved me in front of the other publics which I really feel sorry. The loud voice of the staff in which language she has misbehaved is well known to the branch manager .If your camera surveillance is permitting you then you can enquire from cctv. 4-she told me “she cannot do the posting of the cheque and advice me to go to the accountant”. When I visited to the accountant he told me “to go to the counter” and told me why you are “irritating me” I can not do your work and you should leave the branch immediately. 5-again I politely requested her to do the needful but she loudly told “I am not posted as messenger in the branch” and you do “whatever u like in front of public/customers in the bank”. 6-again I told her why you are behaving in a rude language and she told me “who are you to educate me or teaching me for customer dealing”. “I will do what ever I like” and my “monopoly behaviors / dealings prevailing at this counter” 7-then I visited to branch manager and apprised all the matters in details and than branch manager advised me to give in writing. 8-as I am in need of sending money urgently for medical case I again requested with folded hands to the accountant “he told I will look after the matter” as she has not given me the counterfoil of receiving the cheque on 016. 9-at last she told me where “this person are coming with defect cheques for credit”. 10-the above matter rude behavior to customer for the cashless transaction/ local cheque / posting I am really made me full mental tensioned as the cash is high for me for medical treatment. Therefore I humbly request you to enquire about the above matter under intimation to me for personal hearing at branch level under a senior staff from higher office. If no hearing of my grievance will not be disposed of I may proceed to other higher authority as deemed fit.
