Payment done, after deactivating auto pay.

hi, i was using sbi credit card for all my bills. i have registered some bills for auto payment but in the month of oct. i deregister my vodafone no. 9000 for the payment, i got the message of auto pay deregister but still it got auto paid. i raised the complaint about this but no action has been taken yet, i told the customer care about the issue but no positive reply yet. i told customer care the i will not pay the bill until my problem will be resolved but still i am being harass by customer care kindly do help me in this matter. regards romit kaushik 8382
