Limit expiry of bank account

Sir, I just want to inform you that my edfs limit of rs.6000000 at SBI a/c no 5975 SHUKLAGANJ BRANCH. On 6 january 2016 my limit was put on hold or according to bank they said it expired without any prior intimation they suddenly stopped my limit due to which i suffered heavy loss ,because i was unable to purchase goods from indianoil my pump run out dry .I just request you to please compensate my loss which i suffered due to sudden expire of my limit ,on several telephonic conversation on 7 jan 2017 my limit wss not made active till 3 pm. The response of SBI was very poor i just think to close my account and shift to other bank.At the time of opening they made various promises but they all failed at very first instant.I will also try to forward this complain to the CEO OF SBI at the same time in P M PORTAL .
