Reliance Communications — Connection termination

Hello I had asked for landline and broadband termination on 16th dec 2016 and got a confirmation call after 2 days that i confirmed to them my connection must be terminated befiore new billing cycle starts. They had not terminated my connection and telling me lies that i had told them my connection should not be terminated yet. So this time i sent them an email and asked them to terminate my connection and these idiot and liars people still not terminating my connection and asking me to pay rent for the service which i had declined beforehand not to be used .
