MOTO G 4+ handset faulty

Sir / Madam, PFA Hi,myself Miss.Manali Chavan here.I have gifted mobile MOTO-G4 + handset to my sister,which was we buy online through Amezone on 29 /11/16.Afterwards we have inserted macro sim card in the handset.On very next day phone was not working properly like battery draining fast,no range to sim card.We charged that mobile but there is no range to sim card./We have tried tata docomo,airtel,jio all sims.Even we have forwarded invoce details to service center. My one of the family member has visited for this issue to your service center which is situated in thane about this problem.But there is no cooperation from your staff nd not having proper knowledge to solve said issu.The told usthere is some problem with motherboard & it will take atleast two months to repair.So we have not submited the phone to service center.We dont have that much time to wait as well as no time to take day off from office to solve the matter.I am very dissapointed with your gazetWe have buy this phone at Rs.14,999 its not small amount. We dont want to continue with your company.Please give total amount refund of Rs.14,999 as early possible & take your handset back to you.We dont want any replacement from your side. If i have not received my casback then i will raise complaint to CONSUMER COURT about financial loss as well as mental harrasment. Please look into the matter urgently & revert me.
