Tikona broadband Denial of service, cheating

Hi, I am Anurag Mishra. My account no- 728. i gave numerous complaints regarding slow speed, and frequent disconnection. but i haven't got any solution from your end for the last 3-4 weeks i requested for engineer visit but was denied saying there is no problem from their end. I have been facing numerous problems due to this frequent disconnection. i have 0-12 images of disconnection time in span of just two days..i dont know what to do, Tikona appears to have turned deaf ear
