Unable to get money at time from Andhra Bank

I urgently required 0000 rs for admission of my child in school.I have my salary account in andhra bank sec 55. But I need money at 2:30pm and at that time I found andhra bank sec 27 nearest to my approach. But to my harassment manager of andhra bank DID not cooperate and told me u could not get money until u have chequebook. I told him that I have passbook, u can cheque about my identity from my work place but he DID not cooperate and due to which I was unable to pay my child admission fee at time. Please tell me if I am unable to get my money when required why should I go to bank. This is total harassment.Please help it out.
