Loss of property and breach of trust with misleading information

Sir I have booked in my house hold belongings through bharat international packers and movers on 22/05/2011 and till day I haven't yet received all of my belongings xcept for a part of which DID came around 1 month back. Also when ever I try on their contact number provided dey dont pick uop the phone and the mobile number of theirs is non responsive. Kindly help me out in this matter
