Network problem in Reliance number

I am facing network problem from last 1 month i have already raised complaint to relinace on 20 july complaint number 5627 but not receive any solution from reliance. Every time call disconneted and can talk properly net not connected or if connected working at 2g speed. now my bill raised and due date 26th aug why should i pay bill when i have not used number properly.
