Reliance bigtv set top box problem

I have given complaint for relocation of big tv refer to the complaint no. 3642 which is given for relocation of the big tv and is being pending for more than two weeks. I am being charged the monthly charges and there is no one to take an action on. On calling the call center executives say " please have patience maam.. they will come as soon as possible withing 48 hrs" but probably their watch have stopped working and this 48 hrs never seem to end. With this I have a problem of in as I have a habit of watching tv before sleeping and I just cant sleep without it due to which there are health problems that I am incidenting. I thus have to forcefully buy a tata sky connection and get it installed due to which my big tv set top box is rendered useless
