Deactivate all value added services in Reliance GSM

this is to bring in notice that the activation of msgpack on my number(7828687140) has not been solved till now. The problem has been reported to around 20 chief executives but still the action has been very poor from their side. It has been 13 days to this problem. Although the value of msgpack has been deducted twice but it has not got activated till now. I M literally fedup with this problem as I have called customer care almost twice a day. They had just provided me with complaint number every time and instructed me to wait for 24 / 48 hours.

Sometimes even chief executive made me wait on call and the call was abruptly cut after my long wait resulting in complete waste of time.

This is the worst delay of any solution I have encountered. Now that when I only ask for refunding of my balance back they say no to it and make me wait for another 24 hours.

Now I just need my balance back.

I am pankaj chamoli just few minutes ago rs.30 have been deducted from my main balance for vas osiyan sms sub.

I am so much angry with this I avoid it last time but this time its intolerable I haven't even touch my phone and then suddenly I got this mesg .My number is 8010448075 please refund my money back or I will throw this sim away .And please unsubscribe all other services also .

My reliance no is 9508489192 and each nd every day after recharge I get a message regsrding subscription of various value added service packs so I request reliance to deactivate all those packs or I will stop using reliance

I would like to inform you that from last 3 months whatever amount am recharging within no time its getting deducted in the form of some vas services without my concern. This is really bugging me and putting me in very ackward position. My job requires travelling remote places but due to unpredictable deductions most of the times I got into lots of trouble in job and personal problems due to no currency to call my clients and home.

Due to this now I have been forced to use bsnl sim and am happy with their service. They do not deduct any money unnecessarily.

I guess reliance is facing huge loss and no money so they are trying steal from their customers.

This reliance everyday deducts rs 1 from my balance in the name of vas altruist subscription which I have not activated.They even dont pick up the phone also.They keep on disturbing with their nonsense calls almost every hour of a day.How can I get rid of this or else I need their call centre address.

They are beggar for sure. I am also fedup from there VAS service which they are activating by themself. I am sure there Head of departments are intructing them to do this all because they want to show there progress to get there own Promotion. As they are working in India which have no such strict law so they are allowed to loot anybodies money. And if someone put Courtcase on them they are giving money to Police and Lawyers and get rid All are corrupt people and they want India backward forever. They have no sense that they are filling there generation life in Hell.
