Food poisoning due to unhygienic food served in train by Indian Railways

I am a senior citizen. On 011, I undertook journey from amritsar jn (asr) to new delhi (ndls) by 2030 swarna shtabdi, coach no.C-1, seat no.25 vide ers pnr no. 638. At about 2030 hours I was served vegetarian dinner consisting, rice, dried chapati, paneer , channa and ice-cream by the pantry car attached to the said coach/Train. Alighted the train at ndls around 2330 hrs and reached home at about 2359 hrs on the same date. After half an hour I.E. At about 0045 hrs on 011, I started vomiting and also suffered from loose motion at a short frequency and subsequently I was conveyed to emergency at medical centre of 412,air force station, race course, new delhi-110003 where ,after check up, the duty medical officer, wing commander (ms) saloni chopra declared a case of food poisoning and I am still undergoing the treatment and recovering.
