Action not taken by IRDA against insurance companies

IRDA Announce by advertisement that complain against insurance companies will be solved within 30 days. But I lodged the complain against birla sunlife insurance under reference no 340/Bslic/Comp/10-11 dt 8/12/2010 and max new york life insurance under reference no. 436/MXL/Comp they have not taken any action and giving advertising in media that lodge complain online which I also lodge before couple of days against above both companies.Hence expose them in public why they are also misguiding public by giving such advertisement and give me true judgment as early as possible.
