Mobikwik unsuccesful recharge with internet banking

My ticket ID378441. Yesterday i recharged my mibiwik account with 100 rupees with sbi internet banking . Money was debited from my sbi account .but money was not added to my mobiwik account plz solve my problem .

I understand your concern and feel sorry to inform you that Mobikwik did not get an update from Bank for this order. I have checked the status with Payment Gateway and they have shared the feedback that the order status was unsuccessful as on 10th December 2013

As a standard bank policy for all such cases; the amount is reversed automatically in the same account within 7-21 days from the date of transaction which may vary from bank to bank.

To provide the best resolution to your issue I have raised a request with your Bank for this payment.
