Docomo recharge 251

i ported from airtel to docomo.docomo given me offer of 30p/m call and 100 free sms daily and after recharge of 251 my plan automatically changed to 1.3p/s call n 1rs/sms now i want 251 plan to deactivate but DoCoMo guys are telling me to wait for 30days.

Mine no is 9686020263 ......u r customer executive will tell to talk with senior executive and if we tell to connect then they will tell senior executive is not on the floor so call aft 2 hrs or 4 hrs same thing repeats every time.....
