Bajaj Allianz delay in surrendering the policy

Daer sir, it is very disgusting that for start a new policy the office staff is very polite but when the customer redemption or surrender that policy the staff behavior very rudely and irresponsible. This is very disgusting and I say that moradabad branch of bajaj allianz life ins. Co. Ltd. Is very irresponsible for that. The customer much suffered for redemption/Surrender for policy so I request the company to change the behavior of moradabad staff so that customers come and happy cause of the business only customer based so we help them.
