Against airtel mobile
Airtel mobile they had deducted 18 rs. From my prepaid mobile no. 7486 & even not credited my g p r s data of 1 gb for the month of may even customer care executive does not give my complaint no for the same matter when I call on 03/05/2011 at 8:53 p.M. Even he told me that you have not request us to credit your data as I have a pack for 3 months 1 g.B data for each month. So please provide me the appropriate compensations for the loss as my work suffer due to the company policies. You can call me between 2:00 p.M - 5:30 p.M thanks & regards gourav narula

Now airtel is using another technique that is harrasment. They are giving the information about the call list details to third party and telling them to use abusive language and harrass people.
Now airtel is giving an auto sms if u receive it ur amount will automatically dedected cheating all customer we all know about it.
My office is situated at a-12 welfare chamber vashi navi mumbai.Mharastra where I am not getting the network at all.I have made complaints in the airtel service centre and airtel gallery but the problem has not yet resolved I am facing this proble from november 2011 still no action has been taken from the mobile company.
I have done a recharge of rs.200 that was supposed to be full talk time. But I received only 175. And when I called hotline from airtel office they told in next 48 hours I will receive the remaining amount. But still I have not received it. Also on calling 198 it is showing number doesn't exist. We have 9988681616 and 9915880616 airtel postpaid connection. Our plan have give us 500 msg. For local total free to other mobile. But from last month airtel company charge per msg. To other mobile. They give only now airtel to airtel msg. Free. This is very bad. I can't believe they change the plan my postpaid plan and even I don't know about my plan.
