Dear sir/Mam, a week ago, on 24 april airtel deducted rs.10 for activating weekly subscription of cricket live without permission or any conformation message. Next day,25 april they deducted rs.15 for same reason. On 26 april they again deducted rs.20 citing same reason. When I tried to contact customer care executive and asked why they activated it and are charging per day for weekly subscription they said that they charged me for surfing net, but I had activated free net surfing with 2gb download by paying rs.98 for a month. Secondly if I was charged for surfing net, then how come I have received messages from airtel regarding deduction of balance on above mentioned dates. On 2nd or 3rd may they again deducted rs.20 for no reason because I haven't received any message from them. Lastly their customer care executives were not very cooperative and refused to answer my queries saying do what you can do and disconnected which left me disturbed and I M feeling cheated and helpless. I want refund and reason why they deducted and also an apology from airtel.
