Idea deducting in the name of Vas

Idea company deduct 30rs. Every month for vas, named as idea music station within one year.I complain this matter to idea care centre at raipur and idea customer care executive for dnd also. I told him 3month ago to deactivate idea music station. But again they deduct 30rs. On 30april 011. Virendra kumar verma raipur C.G. 0091 9121

My mobile number is 9088402244 I bought this number on 31st december 2011 and I got 55 rupees in main balance and 20 mb internet balance free. That’s why I just open some pages on web after this the balance was 17 mb. After 4 hours I just open a"www.Google.Com" page and it automatically closed by network and charge 53 rupees. So I want to complain to the customer care number 198 but all customer care executive said me it charged right. But you just think that can a page (www.Google.Com) open and for deduct 17 mb with 53 rupees?

it is my strong believe that it charged wrong and kindly refund it. I tried to calling customer care complains help line.

Idea people are cheapster cheater they activate random vas and start charging for them then they promise that they hav deactivted the vas but next month you are charged again no matter how many times you call them you always be charged for the service you are not using. And worst mobile internet service they deactivate daily internet service after 2 days of requesting and untill then they keep charging you and when recall them they ask why u want to stop such a wonderful service ........................my foot.

I've been idea user since long I know all their tricks... this has happened to me thrice 1st time 80 rs then 60rs then 5 rs (vas).

The only thing I found out is legal knowledge pertaining to complaint.

The chain goes you are suposse to call customer care for continous 7 days and if they just reply that your issue has been solved/Can't be solved. Please call up nodal officer of your respective telecom operator for continous 3 days and again if they don't revert with confirmation please call up appleatte authority which is highest. And most of the time cases are solved by nodal officer only. And please note down all names of the executive you're talking from customer care to appaellate officer.

I know now people don't have soo much time. But if everyone do it for once it will be good.

And idea customer care service is total retarded public. It seems consumer gets angry by their retard behaviour and not balance deduction so no one calls up only. Please next time follow such structure. You'LL get balance credited back.

Wtf idea....

I buy a idea new sim card (mo no 8449813145 ) which have 42 rupees balance and offer is 30 sms per day today I have 32 rupees balance in same sim card and after 20 sms send I check my balance my balance is 1.930 rupees so where my balance is gone...

They deducted 45rs in my idea no in the name of dialer tunes. The customer care exec behaved so rude
