Hello concerns, I have an issue regarding my prepaid connection the my account has been made various deductions since last 10 days. When I call to customer care they told I have chosan this option while using internet. I refused to do it and they revert back my money on 26th april 011. Then they also made deduction of rs. 10 on 26th and I again called them to revert my money they reverted my money and gave reference number that in future there will be no any deduction on my account for such kind of subcriptions. But, yesterday on 2nd may they again made an deduction of rs. 20 they I tried to make a call to them, was unable to speak them. And when I try to call them by another airtel number they picked the phone and then I could talk them and told the issue. Now the issue is this they block my number so that I can'nt talk to customer care since last ten days and when I asked about this they said that you can'nt talk to customer care till 24th may as you tried many times to call them. Sir, I have an issue that's why I called to them but they have not picked the call and banned my number, how is it possible I am unble to understand. I am working in a company where use of mobile is restricted instead of that I tried since last ten days to talk to customer care, but unable to talk through my number and when I tried with another number then I can talk them. Sir, please take appropriate action against this and do needful as I am facing a big due to this. Thanks, ashok gupta mobile no 326.

I had been using airtel from past 2 years I had faced many times problem with this connection. Whenever recharge is done they cut some money and when the balalce goes less than rs 20 they activate value added service and cut money each day rs 3.
Some times they activate internet and cut money.
I had called to cusomer care many times but it is of no use instead I lost money by talking to them.
Some people they are illiterate and they doesn't know how to check the balance those people they won't speak with the customer care so far them whatever they activate by the service provider we have to think about there situation
the company is grabbing money like this from the poor people it looks like beating their stomach and eating.
If this network makes rs 3 per connection per day almost in india 50 crore people are using mobile so all the companies make atleat rs 150 cr per day and there annual income from cheating only is rs 50 000 crore.
The companies like airtel and other service providers should be shame of doing like this activity.

I too facing same problem they are deducting money so often even though I have enabled dnd
when I call customer care they telling the amount is deducted while using internet but I dont know how that is happening all the time
at a time they blocked my no to reach customer care
these issues making bad opinion on aitel network
if any one noticed this issue from airtel please try to block this happenings
