Hello concerns, I have an issue regarding my prepaid connection the my account has been made various deductions since last 10 days. When I call to customer care they told I have chosan this option while using internet. I refused to do it and they revert back my money on 26th april 011. Then they also made deduction of rs. 10 on 26th and I again called them to revert my money they reverted my money and gave reference number that in future there will be no any deduction on my account for such kind of subcriptions. But, yesterday on 2nd may they again made an deduction of rs. 20 they I tried to make a call to them, was unable to speak them. And when I try to call them by another airtel number they picked the phone and then I could talk them and told the issue. Now the issue is this they block my number so that I can'nt talk to customer care since last ten days and when I asked about this they said that you can'nt talk to customer care till 24th may as you tried many times to call them. Sir, I have an issue that's why I called to them but they have not picked the call and banned my number, how is it possible I am unble to understand. I am working in a company where use of mobile is restricted instead of that I tried since last ten days to talk to customer care, but unable to talk through my number and when I tried with another number then I can talk them. Sir, please take appropriate action against this and do needful as I am facing a big due to this. Thanks, ashok gupta mobile no 326.
