My pf claim is not settled since last 10 months

My pf claim is not settled since last 10 months dear mr.Padmanabhan, regional commissioner grade I regional office, pune cantonment board building , golibar maidan, pune –411001 office : 4039 my pf no is mh 4020 / 9652 and the epfigms vide registration number is ropun/E/2011/04459 I have submitted my documents to bajaj allianz life insurance co.Ltd for re issuance on 5 th september 2010 and the same has been submitted second time in the month of may to pf office pune, no body is paying attention towards my claim settlement while my wife was admitted into hospital and I was in the need of my own pf claim which my right to. Pf office rules says 90 days is a turn around time to get these claim settled and I am waiting since last 10 months is this the way to respond a middle class employee, I have suffered a lot due this pathetic response from pf office pune, I hope my claim will be settled at least now.
