Airtel 3G recharged online and got confirmation but no balance

I recharged my airtel no. 9969 with 3G internet pack for 1G on the evening of 29th april 2013 but I got the confirmation of the initiation of transaction after more than 2 hours. Now, its been a day but still hav'nt got the balance so cant use the internet hence disabling and delaying some very important official works. This is wat I received after 2 hrs of recharging... "Your airtel mobile 9969 online recharge txn ID 2942 of rs 249 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference."

The problem is still pending. Yes the number is non contactable coz i am using it on Airtel Dongle. Now its been days...

t the problem is still pending. I hav'nt received

the recharged amount yet. I have now made a recharged from an airtel

retail shop of the same amount of Rs. 249 but the online recharged

done on the evening of 29th April is still pending.
