In October 2012 , I have paid Rs. 00/- via cheque to Mahanagar Gas Limited for the new Domestic LPG Connection. I was told the connection would be done within 6 months and was given 24-03-2012 as the appointment date for the same. But till date nobody has come for the same and on the IVR also i have been told to wait. I have also spoken to the Project department and Marketing Department employees of MGL regarding the connection and have got their reply that soon the connection will be made available. Is there any redressal cell / or authority to whom i can approach and ask for the solution. Also whether i can go and appeal to District Consumer Forum Court for the deficiency in service on their part.
