Incomplete transaction of mobile top-up through sbi mobile banking

On 01/02/2013 at 9.50 hours i recharged my BSNL mobile number 0509 for Rs.220/- through mobile banking. the amount is deducted from my SBI account number.10467086982, but the talktime is not added to my bsnl mobile. i received the following messages immediately from DM-SBGMBS 1. Request accepted for processing payment of rs.220/-to topup code=949 Tid 096. 2. Rs 20/- received for topup 0509 transaction successful Oxitrans id - 1319 @@(0) Tid+030212076096. please look into this matter and please arrange for refund of Rs.220/-
