Online payment not updated by PVVNL

I made online payment of my electricity bill through https:/Www.Billdesk.Com/Pgidsk/Pgmerc/Pvvnl/Indexen.Jsp on 7th march, 2011 vide reference no mhdf1033850417 for rs 2/-. The same is not updated till may bill and we are regularly following up with our local eudd-2 gzb office without any proper response. Kindly help.

The same is not updated till june bill and we are regularly following up with our local edd-loni gzb office without any proper response. Kindly help.

I made online payment of my electricity bill through https:/Www.Billdesk.Com/Pgidsk/Pgmerc/Pvvnl/Indexen.Jsp on 24-may-2012 vide transaction ID mhcc2749458092 for rs 794-. The same is not updated till jun-12 bill.
