Oriental insurance motor car accident claim is too low

From bijithkumar.M saikripa main road vatakara kozhikode dt kerala-673101 mob;9846165633/ 0496 3812 sub: accident claim of my vehicle tn 39 X 5599 on 30/7/10 with policy no:442501/21/2010/7918 was not carried out properly' sir, this is to state you that my car met with an accident on3rd july at nh kunhipally 10 km from vatakara.Reported the matter to the police and then pulled the vehicle to my house.Service manager from ktc hyundai[dealer] came and inspected it and sent a team to replace one of the damaged part and took the car from my house to the showroom at calicut.Later I got the vehicle on21/8/10,with a bill amount of rs 8348 which was paid by me.I gave the bill to the oriental insurance office at vatakara on 27/8/10,since there was leave due to onam holidays.After 3 weeks I was informed that the labour amount was not settled that's why the claim amount is getting delayed.Later,I was informed that the claim amount is rs 16090/-.I gave for resurvey since the claim amount was too low as compared to my expectation.I got a covering letter regarding the resurvey that the amount stays the same on october last week.I DID not accept the cheque which was offered to me.I talked to the development officer and manager regarding my issue and no one gave me a promising or helping hand to my problems.So I sent a mail to the customer service desk on nov 9th 2010 and waited for two weeks.I DID not get any reply ,later on nov 24th 2010 I sent another mail to all senior staffs including the one stationed at ernakulam-mr.Israelk mani.No one responded till today.Six months has passed .So I request you to help me find a solution to this matter ,as I am having a big financial loss in this accident.I have photographs taken by me ,which clearly shows all the damaged parts which was not claimed by the insurance surveyor.
