Bharat gas new connection waitlist ID 40814, applied before deepawali

Dear sir, I have applied for new bharat gas connection by submitting required documents before deepawali at bharat gas customer relation center and till now, from bharat gas I DID not get gas connection. My complaint is bharat gas is not providing me my application status since november 012. I have tried to get the status from below listed authorities and non of them has provide me my application status. Bharat gas(www.Ebharatgas.Com)- transparency portal, bharat gas customer relation center(ravi gas service.
