Amman Cars service delivery commitment

My car met with an accident on 22nd may and gave my vehicle to amman cars( authorised dealer ) , hosur , tamilnadu and all the formalities from the insurance company is completed on 25th may 011. Still I have not received my car after service and I am not getting any proper response from the concern dealer.
