I want my totally deducted money from Airtel main account balance.

Dear, sir/Mam, mr.Rakesh rangaji I am not begging from you & airtel presence (airtel customer service team)bharti airtel ltd, I am asking about my money deducted from my airtel mobile no.9179029295 & you are giving me khairat it sows from massages sent by bharti airtel ltd as follows: rs10 has been credited to your airtel mobile on 06-dec-2012. Dial *121*2# to check the balance and validity of your prepaid card & thank you for calling airtel. For details of last 5 transactions of voice, sms, vas and data on your airtel mobile, text last to 121 or dial 2181 & namaste! your 30 local/Std sms pack has been stopped. For info on more sms packs, please dial *555#. This problem started from bharti airtel ltd ''recharge successful on 12-11-2012 at 01:03pm,mrp: rs .00, stax: rs0.55, transid 0757 valid:2days,benefit:25 loc+std sms''& "namaste! rs5 sms pack with 30 local/Std sms for 3days has been activated on your airtel mobile.For info on active sms packs with auto renewal, dial *555*0# " & "namaste! your 30 local/Std sms pack at rs5 will be auto renewed in 1 day on your airtel mobile. To stop this pack, dial *555*0# or text stop to 21". This service started by "bharti airtel ltd on 12-11-2012 at 01:03pm " automatically this mistake is dune by bharti airtel ltd & I am suffering from this mistake which is done by bharti airtel ltd by mentally , phigically & financially & initiated & responding from bharti airtel ltd , thats why I decided to go "consumer forum."
