Airtel problem of smart bytes

I am using a iptv connection for airtel which gives me 1mbps connection with 10 gb of data transfer/Download + iptv.. my billing cycle is 23 to 22nd of month.. this month I received a notice from airtel on 24th that I have reeived 80% of usage and on 25th 100% of usage was reported.. when I check the my account settings in 'my account' online I see the 5-6 entries of 1.8 gb, 2 gb, 2.8 gb etc thereby finishin all my usage quota in 2 days.. and then the message of subscribing to 'smart bytes' starts flashing and its difficult to use internet on 256 kbps speed that we get after fair usage policy.. from last 3-4 months I was noticing this behaviour after about 0-22 days of my billing cycle start and even though that was not believable but this time in 2 days using 10 gb is almost impossible to belive when there was not much download at all (except 0-40 minutes of youtube usage (which can not eat so much of bandwidth in no time) so this is my gut feeling that something is going on, first users are coaxed into moving to higher speed (I was on 512 kbps from last 7-8 years without any problems of this limit..) and then they are forced to purchase the bytes.. please take this very seriously and check this practice or else you will start loosing customers fast.. you can contact me on the email address given in this complaint and I can share more contact details.. thanks..
